Maize CL 7802 SV

Field-Proven Performance

When selecting seed material, the «KL 7802 SV» hybrid from NPO «Semenovodstvo Kubani» stands out for its predictable behavior throughout the growing season. In field conditions, this dent-type corn demonstrates excellent germination energy, which is essential for uniform stand establishment. It is a robust option that handles varying soil conditions well, making it a reliable choice for effective farm management.

Disease and Pest Resilience

One of the primary benefits for any grower is the significant reduction in management overhead. This hybrid exhibits high resistance to common pathogens, including corn fusarium, head smut, and stalk rots. By mitigating these risks, the need for intensive fungicide applications is reduced, allowing for a more cost-effective crop protection strategy. Furthermore, the hybrid shows solid resistance to pests such as the cotton bollworm and the European corn borer, maintaining field integrity through the critical stages of development.

Efficient Harvest and Yield

The yellow dent kernels are known for their high quality, which adds value at the commercialization stage. Another practical advantage is the grain's excellent dry-down rate. This feature significantly simplifies logistics during harvest and reduces energy costs for post-harvest drying. From the operator's perspective, the stalks remain strong and resilient, minimizing lodging issues and ensuring a smooth harvesting process.
