AS 200 — a mid-early corn hybrid developed for cultivation in various climatic zones. Plants reach a height of about 200-210 cm, have a medium growth habit and do not bush. Cylindrical ears, 18-20 cm long, are positioned at a height of 70-80 cm, contain 16 rows of kernels with a 1000-kernel weight of approximately 290-300 g. Kernels are toothed, yellow-orange in color, sometimes with red veins, ensuring high-quality yield and good moisture release.
The AS 200 hybrid exhibits high resistance to lodging, major diseases, and pests, contributing to stable yields. In steppe zones, grain yield reaches 65-70 centners per hectare, and in forest-steppe zones — 90-95 centners per hectare. The hybrid responds well to improved growing conditions, enabling agronomists to achieve maximum potential yields under optimal care.
AS 200 is suitable for cultivation both as grain and for silage, thanks to its agronomic traits and adaptability. Seeds are supplied in packages of 80,000 units, convenient for large-scale agricultural production. This hybrid is recommended for direct seeding and features intensive moisture release, facilitating harvest and enhancing the final product quality.
