Gulliver garlic is one of the most popular spring varieties, characterized by large, flat-round bulbs weighing from 90 to 120 grams and more. The bulbs consist of 4-7 sharp-tasting cloves, and the plant reaches a height of 50-70 centimeters with dark green leaves covered with a strong waxy coating. This variety is distinguished by medium maturity and a vegetative period of 85 to 100 days, which allows harvesting in July-August when planted in spring, usually in April.

Gulliver boasts high yield and resistance to various climatic conditions, including frost, heat, and temperature fluctuations. It also demonstrates good disease resistance, making it in demand both on an industrial scale and in private holdings. A distinctive feature of the variety is its tendency to bolting, which distinguishes it from many other spring garlic varieties.

In addition, Gulliver garlic has excellent storability — up to 8 months, which allows storing the harvest for a long time without loss of quality.
