Whiteon F1 is a mid-season hybrid of cauliflower intended for cultivation in the spring-summer and autumn periods. The vegetative period ranges from 65 to 85 days after transplanting, allowing flexible planning of planting dates. The plant is characterized by high plasticity and the ability to adapt to various agro-climatic conditions, as well as tolerating increased temperatures without a decrease in productivity. The hybrid is resistant to diseases, in particular to Fusarium oxysporum conglutinans, which ensures stable yields and high product quality.

Cauliflower heads of Whiteon have a dense, dome-shaped form with a diameter of 25-28 cm and an average weight from 1.5 to 3 kg. They are snow-white both outside and in cross-section, indicating high quality and attractiveness to consumers. Leaves are large and spiral-shaped, completely covering the heads, protecting them from adverse environmental factors and maintaining commercial appearance. Heads are easily broken down into curds with minimal waste, making this hybrid particularly in demand for processing and freezing.

Whiteon F1 is suitable for cultivation via seedling method in open ground or under temporary shelters. The recommended planting density ranges from 25 to 37 thousand plants per hectare. The hybrid is distinguished by excellent taste qualities — fruits have a pleasant taste without bitterness and retain their properties after thermal processing.
