SPIRIDON

SPIRIDON is a late-maturing hybrid of broccoli cabbage with a vegetation period of 100-110 days after planting seedlings. It is intended for fresh consumption and is characterized by high yield at a sowing rate of 40 thousand plants per hectare. The cabbage head is of medium size, elliptical in shape, dark green in color, with a dense structure and a finely bumpy surface, without wrapper leaves. The petiole is of medium length and lacks anthocyanin coloring, which gives the plant an attractive appearance.

The weight of the head varies from 500 to 900 grams, making this hybrid large and convenient for harvesting and further processing. SPIRIDON is particularly well-suited for harvesting in September-October, allowing it to be used in late plantings. Due to its qualities, this hybrid is excellent for freezing, while maintaining taste and nutritional properties.
