Cabbage KIDS' DELICACY

Growing Experience and Culinary Potential

The 'Detskiy Delikates' (Children's Delicacy) broccoli from Agrofirma Poisk is a prime example of a variety that lives up to its name. From a grower's perspective, this hybrid is remarkably reliable, which is a major advantage when dealing with temperamental cruciferous vegetables.

Agronomics and Yield Reliability

When cultivating this variety, you can expect a predictable yield with heads weighing between 0.5 and 1.0 kg. The plant develops dense, grey-green inflorescences that resist crumbling if harvested in a timely manner. The primary strength of this hybrid is its versatility:

• Fresh Market: The product maintains an excellent commercial appearance, with dense and attractive heads.
• Processing: This variety is ideal for freezing, as it retains its structure and nutritional profile perfectly.
• Storage: With proper temperature management, you can achieve a shelf life of 3–6 months, which is quite rare for broccoli.

Throughout the growing cycle, the crop requires standard care: consistent irrigation and pest control typical for brassicas. The variety is resilient to temperature fluctuations, allowing you to plan harvests without the risk of losing marketability mid-season.
