Wild cabbage Sevilla F1

Stable Yields in Any Conditions

When selecting cauliflower hybrids for professional cultivation, reliability is paramount. Sevilla F1 from Bejo breeders is a clear example of predictable performance that overcomes the challenges of daily maintenance. Based on the cultivation experience of this hybrid, it is safe to say that the plant is forgiving of minor agronomic errors, which is crucial in volatile climate conditions.

Agronomy and Protection

For a grower, field health is the key quality indicator. Sevilla F1 exhibits strong natural resistance to Fusarium wilt and downy mildew. This significantly reduces the pressure on crop protection programs, requiring fewer fungicide applications and effectively optimizing production costs. A growing period of 70–80 days makes this hybrid an ideal choice for summer-to-autumn harvest cycles.

Market Performance

A head weighing 1.0–1.5 kg is considered the "gold standard" for retail and processing. Its compact size ensures ease of packaging, while the dense structure of the curds guarantees durability during transport. This cauliflower holds its shape perfectly, does not crumble, and maintains an attractive white color, which is vital for the fresh market. Processors value the uniformity of the harvest—there is practically no waste, which minimizes losses during sorting.

• Stability: Uniform maturation significantly simplifies the harvesting process.
• Versatility: Suitable for both supermarket sales and freezing.
• Reliability: Dutch breeding from Bejo ensures a high percentage of marketable yield.

If your goal is to secure a predictable volume of high-quality produce, Sevilla F1 will become a dependable link in your crop rotation.
