RONNI

Ronni cabbage (Ranini F1) is an ultra-early hybrid variety of white cabbage developed by the Dutch company Bejo Zaden. This variety is characterized by a short growing period – from 48 to 50 days, which allows for harvest in the shortest possible time. The cabbage is suitable for growing both in open ground and in heated greenhouses, where several harvests per season are possible. The hybrid adapts well to unfavorable conditions, possesses tolerance to bolting, which significantly increases harvest stability.

Ronni cabbage heads have a round shape and an average weight of 0.8 to 1.5 kg. The leaves are light green in color with a waxy coating, juicy and crunchy, giving the vegetable an attractive appearance. Heads are dense, uniform, and sorted, which facilitates their transportation and storage. The shelf life of fresh fruit is up to one month, which allows the cabbage to be used both for fresh consumption and for market sale.

For cultivation, Ronni cabbage seeds are sown in seedling trays, after which the formed seedlings are transplanted to a permanent location. The recommended planting rate is 45-55 thousand plants per hectare. Seed packaging is produced in packs of 2500 pieces, which is convenient for both professional agriculturists and amateurs. Thanks to high germination and simultaneous fruit ripening, the variety ensures a stable and high-quality harvest.
