MONTOPO

Montopo F1 is an early-maturing broccoli hybrid intended for cultivation in spring and early summer periods. The vegetative period ranges from 55 to 75 days, depending on growing conditions. Heads have a round-flat or dome shape, are uniform and dense, weighing from 0.7 to 1.1 kg. Fruit color varies from gray-green to dark green, which is characteristic of this variety. The leaf rosette is elevated, with a gray-green tint and significant waxy bloom; leaves are weakly blistered, serrated, and wavy along the edges.

The hybrid is characterized by high resistance to overwintering in the field and does not form side shoots, which facilitates care and harvest collection. Montopo tolerates light deficiency well and prefers fertile, humus-rich, medium-heavy soils with good water permeability. The recommended planting density is 35–40 thousand plants per hectare, which contributes to obtaining a stable and quality harvest.

This variety is universal and suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses.
