White cabbage of the Khutorok variety is a late-maturing variety intended for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including the Far East region. This variety is characterized by high yield, reaching 5-8 kg per square meter, as well as good resistance to hot weather and diseases, making it a reliable choice for agronomic practice.
Khutorok cabbage heads have a round-flat or round shape, a dense structure, and a mass of 2 to 3 kg. They have a green color with a white-yellow cut and are characterized by high density, which ensures resistance to cracking. The period from planting seedlings to technical maturity is 130-150 days, which allows for the use of cabbage in fresh form from the second half of winter.
A feature of the variety is high shelf life during winter storage, thanks to which the cabbage retains its taste qualities for a long time, up to the new harvest of early cabbage. The output of marketable product reaches 98%, which confirms the high quality and efficiency of using the Khutorok variety both for fresh consumption and for pickling.
