Kalibos

Kalebros cabbage is a mid-late red cabbage variety with a growing period of 105 to 145 days depending on growing conditions. The heads have a characteristic pointed or conical shape, are well closed, and reach a mass of 2 to 2.5 kg, with a head height of about 25-35 cm. This variety is distinguished by its attractive appearance and is suitable for growing in open ground with an optimal planting scheme of 60x60 cm.

One of the main features of Kalebros cabbage is its high sugar content, which gives it a sweet taste and makes it especially pleasant. The head structure is crispy and tender, ensuring excellent taste qualities. Thanks to these characteristics, the cabbage is suitable for fresh consumption and short-term storage.

Kalebros cabbage is versatile in application: it is used for preparing first and second courses, as well as for pickling. Thanks to its dense structure and taste qualities, it well retains its properties during thermal processing and canning. The product packaging is usually presented in a mini-format, which is convenient for storage and transportation.
