Cabbage Braga F1

Braga F1 — a mid-late maturing hybrid of white cabbage, suitable for cultivation both in open and protected ground. The cabbage forms uniform, extremely dense and compact round heads with a pleasant light-green hue. Average head weight ranges from 3 to 6 kg depending on growing conditions and planting scheme. The heads are highly marketable, resistant to cracking, and retain their flavor and freshness for 4–5 months after harvest. The hybrid demonstrates high resistance to Fusarium, pathogenic bacteria and pests, ensuring stable yields even in regions with unfavorable climatic conditions and wide temperature ranges. Braga F1 has high sugar and vitamin C content, making it especially valuable for consumers concerned with nutritional value. Additionally, the hybrid is tolerant to high temperatures and maintains field performance for 4–6 weeks, facilitating harvest. Braga F1 is ideal for processing and long-term storage due to its dense internal structure and excellent head quality. It is widely used for pickling and fresh markets, especially when large-sized cabbage is required. The hybrid matures in 110–120 days, enabling planning for summer-autumn cultivation. The hybrid is produced in France, guaranteeing high seed quality and consistent variety characteristics.
