Cabbage BEASTIA

Setting the Benchmark for Early Broccoli Yields

In the vegetable production sector, which prioritizes rapid turnover and fresh market supply, the 'Bestiya' broccoli variety from Ooo Kvoliti Sids occupies a key position among ultra-early solutions. Developed by the domestic breeder Mikhail Andreevich Gorbachev, this variety was engineered to deliver maximum output within a condensed agrotechnical timeframe. The hybrid demonstrates high adaptability, allowing farmers to plan sequential supply cycles, with harvest maturity reached just 50-60 days after transplanting.

Agronomic Potential and Fruit Characteristics

The core strength of 'Bestiya' lies in its compact head structure combined with an impressive weight for an early-maturing variety, ranging from 1.0 to 2.0 kg. The dense florets possess a vibrant green color, a critical factor for shelf appeal in supermarkets and fresh produce markets. Beyond its excellent fresh market presentation, the variety is highly suitable for industrial processing, including freezing and canning, where it retains both its structural integrity and flavor profile.

Cultivation Recommendations

To achieve target yields, Ooo Kvoliti Sids recommends a planting density of 40,000 to 50,000 plants per hectare. This density ensures an optimal nutritional area for each plant, preventing leggy growth and facilitating the formation of a high-quality central head. 'Bestiya' serves as a professional-grade tool for growers aiming to minimize risks in cabbage cultivation and secure a high-quality harvest at the very beginning of the season.
