Zucchini Masha

Masha Zucchini is an early-maturing hybrid with a compact bush plant of medium foliage. The leaves are of medium size, green in color with weakly expressed spotting. The fruits of this variety are cylindrical, weakly ribbed, white-salad color with rare light green spots and a glossy shiny thin skin. Fruit mass varies from 0.7 to 1.1 kg, and the flesh is white, of medium density and tender consistency, which ensures excellent taste qualities.

The hybrid is characterized by abundant fruiting and good fruit setting in both hot and cold, rainy weather. High resistance to diseases and marketability of fruits make the variety attractive for cultivation in various climatic conditions. Thanks to these characteristics, Masha Zucchini is suitable for a wide range of applications.

Especially recommended for all types of processing, including the preparation of zucchini caviar, where its tender flesh and excellent taste are fully revealed. The versatility of the variety allows it to be used in various culinary recipes, which makes it in demand both in home and industrial production.
