Samsun‑85 tobacco is a mid-season variety of smoking tobacco that reaches maturity in 105–110 days after planting seedlings. It is characterized by high yield: up to 50 quality leaves can be harvested from one bush, making it attractive for both personal use and commercial purposes.

Samsun‑85 leaves are rich in aroma and pleasant taste, and also have high nicotine content (up to 2.1%). Thanks to these characteristics, the variety is suitable for making cigarettes and smoking pipes. It quickly forms large green leaves of high quality, ensuring a stable harvest.

The variety is resistant to root rots, downy mildew, and burning, and also adapts easily to different climatic conditions and soils. This makes it unpretentious in care: the plant does not require complex maintenance and is suitable for both beginners and experienced gardeners.
