WHITE BEAR

Tomato 'White Bear' is a medium-early, large-fruited variety with white-cream colored fruits that gradually change color from white-green to cream-white when fully ripe. The fruits have a flat-round shape with thin skin and tender, juicy flesh with thick walls and small seed chambers. Fruit weight ranges from 100 to 350 grams, including both medium and large specimens. The taste is sweet, almost without acidity, making this variety dietetic and especially suitable for fresh salads, canning, and baking.

The plants are indeterminate, reaching up to 180 cm in height and require pruning to 2-3 stems, as well as mandatory staking and suckering. The first flower cluster forms above the 11th leaf, subsequent clusters appear every three leaves, each cluster contains 5 to 7 fruits of different sizes. The clusters are evenly loaded, do not break under the weight of the tomatoes, and do not require additional support. Yield of the variety is 12 to 22 kg per square meter, indicating high productivity.

Despite its excellent taste and attractive appearance, the fruits of 'White Bear' require careful handling due to their thin skin, which is easily damaged. Tomatoes ripen quickly and are not suitable for long-term storage or transportation, making them a true delicacy for immediate consumption. The variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under cover, and with proper agronomic practices, the first fruits ripen as early as mid-summer.
