Tomato T 023 1

Focusing on a Pink Crop: The Potential of Tomato T 023 1

Russian breeding often emphasizes adaptability, and the T 023 1 hybrid is a clear testament to this. This determinate tomato is designed for those who seek a balance between yield predictability and the high quality of fruit that commands a premium price on the market.

Key Advantages

• Controlled Development: The determinate growth type allows for precise harvest scheduling. The plant requires minimal pruning, which significantly reduces labor costs in large-scale operations.
• Marketable Color Standard: Pink-skinned fruits are consistently in high demand due to their delicate texture and flavor profile, which often surpasses that of traditional red tomatoes.
• Regional Adaptation: Developed for local conditions, this hybrid ensures resilience against temperature fluctuations, reducing risks for growers in unpredictable climates.

Target Growers

T 023 1 is an optimal choice for commercial farms focused on the fresh market. It is ideal for those who value plant compactness and require a consistent output of high-quality produce. A notable consideration is the need for precise irrigation management, as pink-fruited varieties are sensitive to soil moisture levels; sudden fluctuations can lead to fruit cracking. It is a reliable tool for professionals looking for robust seed material to achieve a predictable and high-quality pink harvest.
