ORANGE SPAM

Tomato Orange Spam F1 is an early-maturing indeterminate hybrid intended for cultivation in greenhouses and protected ground. From germination to harvest, it takes approximately 100-105 days, with the first flowers forming above the 7th-9th leaf. The plant has medium height with typical tomato leaves of medium size. Each cluster produces 5-6 round-heart-shaped fruits weighing 160-180 grams. The fruits have a bright orange color with a characteristic green spot at the base, giving them an attractive appearance and enhancing resistance to mechanical damage and cracking. This hybrid is distinguished by its high taste quality and marketability due to its high content of dry matter, beta-carotene, and vitamin C. The tomatoes are meaty, dense, and versatile in culinary use. Orange Spam F1 exhibits high resistance to several diseases, including tomato mosaic virus (ToMV) and bacterial spot (Pst), making it a reliable choice for gardeners and farmers. The hybrid is low-maintenance but requires plant training and staking for optimal growth and fruiting. Despite its high yield and good fruit quality, the variety has certain characteristics: relatively short storage life of harvested fruits and low transportability.
