Tomato ELEGRO

Tomato Elegro F1 — a determinate hybrid selection by Seminis, intended for cultivation in open ground and plastic greenhouses. The plant is medium-height, strong, and adaptable, ensuring stable and high yields. The average ripening period is about 68-72 days, allowing for harvesting at optimal times. Elegro forms fruits of medium weight ranging from 170 to 220 grams, with excellent density and rich coloration, making them attractive for sale and competitive in the market.

One of the key features of tomato Elegro is its high resistance to major diseases such as verticillium and fusarium wilt, tobacco mosaic virus, and yellow leaf curl virus. Additionally, the plant has the ability to protect fruits from sunscald, which helps maintain the quality and market appearance of the harvest even under intense sunlight.

This hybrid is versatile and suitable for both open ground and plastic greenhouses. Due to its characteristics, Elegro F1 is an excellent choice for farmers seeking large, dense, and high-quality tomatoes with high disease resistance and tolerance to adverse growing conditions.
