Tomato Utyonok

Tomato variety 'Duckling' is a determinate, low-growing bush with round, bright-orange fruits featuring a distinctive small beak-like tip resembling a duckling's head. Fruit weight ranges from 60 to 80 grams, making them convenient for various uses. Maturation period is approximately 100–105 days, allowing for early harvest with uniform fruit set.

This variety exhibits high resistance to phytophthora, blossom-end rot, and fruit cracking, significantly simplifying care and enhancing yield reliability. Due to these qualities, 'Duckling' is well-suited for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. Yield reaches approximately 2.2 kg per square meter, indicating high productivity.

Tomato fruits 'Duckling' are excellent for fresh consumption as well as for whole-fruit canning, pickling, and other preservation methods. Particularly effective when combined with variety 'Kobzar', enabling the creation of attractive and flavorful preserves. This tomato will be an excellent choice for gardeners valuing taste, yield, and disease resistance.
