Tomato BEEF HEART MALINOVYE

Tomato Beef Heart Malinovye — a medium-ripening, large-fruited salad variety, distinguished by its original heart-shaped fruits and rich maroon color. The plant is indeterminate, reaching up to 1.5 meters in height, requiring staking and training to a single stem with mandatory suckering. Leaves are medium-sized and green, while inflorescences are intermediate. The peduncle has a joint, facilitating harvesting.

Fruits are large, weighing from 100 to 600 grams, with smooth skin and medium-firm flesh. The flesh is juicy, sweet, and high in sugar content with minimal seeds. Immature fruits are light green with a characteristic light spot at the base, while ripe fruits turn into a deep maroon color. The flavor is excellent, with a distinct aroma, making this variety ideal for fresh consumption, as well as for making juices and ketchups.

The variety is well-adapted for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic covers or in greenhouses. In open ground, average yield per plant ranges from 3.5 to 5 kg, while in greenhouse conditions — from 8 to 12 kg. The plant is relatively resistant to late blight, simplifying care and increasing yield reliability. Due to its excellent taste and versatility, Tomato Beef Heart Malinovye is popular among gardeners and fresh vegetable enthusiasts.
