YELLOW MARMALADE

Yellow Marmalade is an early-maturing tomato variety characterized by compact plants ranging from 50 to 80 cm in height. The plant is low-growing but very productive, requiring staking due to abundant fruiting. This variety is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses, making it versatile for various climatic conditions.

The tomato fruits have a flat-round shape and bright yellow color, giving them an attractive appearance. The average fruit weight varies from 80 to 270 grams, with fruits exhibiting good uniformity in size and shape, and are not prone to cracking even with excessive moisture. The flesh is tender, medium-density, with a jelly-like texture, sweet with a slight acidity, making the taste particularly pleasant and suitable for children's and dietary consumption.

High sugar and β-carotene content in the fruits of 'Yellow Marmalade' ensures not only excellent flavor but also beneficial properties. Tomatoes are consumed fresh, used for salad preparation, juice production, and other dishes.
