Sunflower hybrid of the Talmaz variety is an early-maturing hybrid with a vegetation period of 95-100 days. Plants are characterized by medium-sized leaves with a round shape and green coloration. The sunflower heads are slightly convex outward and curved downward at the upper part of the stem, which is a distinctive feature of this variety.

The Talmaz hybrid exhibits high resistance to major sunflower diseases, such as downy mildew, phomopsis, phomosis, and gray mold, ensuring stable yields even under adverse conditions. The 1000-seed mass amounts to approximately 50-63.7 grams, and the oil content of seeds in absolutely dry state reaches 50-51%, with oil content in kernels varying from 65 to 70%.

The potential yield of the Talmaz variety ranges from 3.0 to 4.5 tons per hectare, depending on growing conditions. The recommended plant density for commercial plantings is 55-60 thousand plants per hectare. This sunflower is suitable for planting in various climatic zones and provides high productivity and seed quality.
