SX 808 A HH 1002 B — a mid-season Serbian sunflower hybrid developed for growing technology under the herbicide "Sumo". This hybrid is distinguished by a high yield potential reaching up to 58 centners per hectare, making it one of the leaders among sulfo-hybrids. Plants reach a height of 170–180 cm, and the recommended density at harvest time is 55,000–60,000 plants per hectare, which contributes to optimal development and maximum crop productivity.

The hybrid has a high oil content in seeds — from 52 to 55%, which is an important indicator for oilseed crops. In addition, it demonstrates excellent drought resistance, allowing it to be successfully grown in all climatic zones of Ukraine, including Steppe and Forest-Steppe. The maturity period of the hybrid is early, which ensures timely harvest and minimizes risks associated with adverse weather conditions.

Special attention is paid to the hybrid's disease resistance. SX 808 A HH 1002 B has high tolerance to common sunflower diseases, such as Phoma and rust, with disease resistance ratings of 9 and 10 points respectively on a 10-point scale. The hybrid is also resistant to races of sunflower stem nematode A-F, which significantly reduces crop losses and increases the economic efficiency of cultivation. All these characteristics make this hybrid an attractive choice for farmers seeking high and quality sunflower crop.
