Sunflower P63LL356

Sunflower P63LL356 is an early-maturing, adaptive, classic linoleic hybrid with high resistance to various races of sunflower downy mildew (A-G+System II). This hybrid features effective control over downy mildew of any race, ensuring stable yield performance within its maturity group. Plants have height below average, facilitating ease of agronomic operations and reducing lodging risk.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to major sunflower diseases, including phomopsis, white mold of head and stem, verticillium wilt, and leaf blight, as well as downy mildew. Drought tolerance is rated at 8 points, allowing successful cultivation in various soil-climate zones, including areas with limited water availability. Oil content of seeds is 6 points, which corresponds to good performance for a linoleic-type hybrid.

Recommended planting density depends on soil moisture level: under adequate moisture, optimal density is 50-55 thousand plants per hectare; under insufficient moisture — 45-50 thousand. To prevent diseases, especially on fields at high risk of sclerotinia or rust infection, effective fungicide protection is recommended. Hybrid P63LL356 is suitable for conventional cultivation and demonstrates excellent adaptability to various growing conditions, making it a reliable choice for farmers in different regions.
