Sunflower P64LL164

Reliability and High Yield Potential

Working with the P64LL164 hybrid from Corteva, you quickly understand why it’s a staple for many professional farmers. Designed for the Clearfield (Euro-Lightning) system, it effectively solves weed control issues right from the early stages of development. Its 120-130 day growth cycle fits perfectly into most crop rotation plans, ensuring a predictable harvest window without unexpected delays.

Field Performance and Disease Resistance

The standout feature for any operator is the hybrid's overall vigor and crop health. At a modest height of 90-100 cm, the plants are incredibly resistant to lodging, even in windy conditions. Its natural defense against downy mildew and white mold significantly reduces the need for heavy fungicide programs, allowing for a more economical cost-per-ton production model.

Operational Efficiency

• Oil content consistently hits the 45-50% mark, ensuring high value at the elevator.
• The medium seed size makes planter calibration straightforward, ensuring uniform stands without skips or doubles.
• Tolerance to Euro-Lightning herbicides allows for a clean field while the plant recovers quickly without showing significant phytotoxic stress.

If your goal is intensive farming where consistency and risk management are paramount, this Corteva hybrid is a proven asset that pays for itself through performance.
