Sunflower P62LE122

Stable yields even under stress conditions

When dealing with P62LE122 from Pioneer s.a., the key advantage is predictability. This sunflower hybrid has become a favorite for its agronomic performance: with a plant height of 140–150 cm, it is perfectly suited for mechanized harvesting, showing excellent lodging resistance and zero trouble for the operator. The 90–100 day vegetation period allows for precise planning of sowing and harvesting campaigns, which is critical in today's unpredictable climate.

Real-world protection

In the field, you often encounter hybrids that look impressive but lose a significant portion of the harvest to rot before maturity. With this model, the situation is different: its resistance to white mold and downy mildew is not just a figure in a catalog, but a real defense against primary threats. Throughout the season, fungicide applications can be kept to a necessary minimum, significantly reducing the production cost per ton.

The economics of sowing

An oil content of 50–55% makes this hybrid a profitable asset for any farm. At the elevator, the results for P62LE122 are consistently high: excellent grain test weight and purity. By following standard agronomic practices, you get a high-quality product with minimal dockage, ensuring no penalties upon delivery.
