Neves CL

Neves CL sunflower hybrid is a high-oleic variety developed using Clearfield® technology, providing effective weed control and high adaptability to various soil-climate conditions. This mid-season hybrid matures in an average of 105-112 days and features uniform flowering, promoting even crop maturation. Plant height ranges from 160 to 180 cm, and the recommended plant density at harvest is 45-60 thousand plants per hectare, optimizing seed productivity and quality.

Neves CL exhibits high yield potential, reaching 4.0-5.9 tons per hectare, and high oil content in seeds — from 48 to 53%. Its distinguishing feature is high oleic acid content, reaching up to 90%, making the oil particularly valuable for food industry. The hybrid demonstrates resistance to major sunflower diseases, including downy mildew, false powdery mildew, gray mold, and phomopsis, as well as high resistance to lodging and drought, ensuring stable yields under various growing conditions.

For sowing, use treated seeds with MAXIM XL 035FS or Cruiser, which further enhances plant protection during early growth stages. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation in various regions of Ukraine, including Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia. Thanks to its well-developed root system and vigorous early growth, Neves CL adapts well to resource-saving technologies and ensures high productivity under optimal seeding rates.
