Sunflower LG 50300

LG 50300 — an early sunflower hybrid, distinguished by high yield and high oil content with elevated oleic acid levels. Plants are medium-height, reaching approximately 155 cm in height, with a flower head diameter of about 15.5 cm. The 1000-seed weight is around 67 grams, indicating good seed quality. The hybrid's maturity group is early, with a maturation period of 100-105 days, making it suitable for various climatic conditions.

LG 50300 exhibits high resistance to major sunflower diseases, including Phomopsis, root and head rot, sooty mold, dry rot, and Phomopsis, with resistance ratings of 8 to 9. Additionally, it is tolerant to A-G strains of Sclerotinia and shows high resilience to stress conditions such as drought, cold, lodging, and other adverse factors. These characteristics make it a reliable choice for intensive cultivation methods.

Recommended for cultivation in all sunflower-growing regions, especially in steppe and forest-steppe areas. Optimal planting density depends on moisture levels: in well-watered zones — up to 60,000 plants per hectare; in less watered areas — 45-50,000. LG 50300 combines stable yield, high oil content up to 50%, and vigorous early growth, ensuring effective plant development and high productivity.
