The Ermak hybrid sunflower is a mid-early maturing variety distinguished by high resistance to false powdery mildew, phomopsis, and complex diseases (A–E). The plants of this hybrid are uniform in height and exhibit synchronized flowering and ripening, promoting even harvest. Ermak has high oil content, reaching 51%, and a potential yield of up to 35 centners per hectare, making it an economically advantageous choice for agricultural production. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation in various regions, including the Central Black Earth, North Caucasus, Middle Volga, Lower Volga, and West Siberian regions. Ermak sunflower seeds have high seed productivity and are used as raw material for oil production, as well as in the food industry. Roasted and salted Ermak seeds are characterized by a pleasant taste and high protein content — approximately 14 grams per 100 grams of product. The energy value of the seeds is approximately 1214 kJ (290 kcal) per 100 grams, containing 24 grams of fat and 2.9 grams of carbohydrates. Due to its composition, the seeds are a nutritious and tasty snack that can be stored in a dark and dry place.
