It is characterized by a short vegetation period of 65 to 90 days depending on conditions, which allows harvesting significantly earlier compared to other varieties. Plants have a medium height of 120 to 140 cm, which facilitates care and harvesting. The variety differs in the high oil content of seeds, reaching 48.8–49.7%, with a maximum indicator up to 51.5%, ensuring high efficiency of oil production.
BOGUCARETS demonstrates stable seed yield at the level of average standards, reaching up to 21.8 c/ha in some regions and potentially up to 28 c/ha under optimal conditions. The mass of 1000 seeds varies from 73.8 to 90.4 g, indicating good quality of seed material. The variety is tolerant to phomopsis and has low susceptibility to smut, which increases its resistance to diseases and reduces the risk of yield losses.
Recommended for cultivation in various agro-climatic zones, including northern regions and drought-prone areas. Thanks to its early maturity and resistance to adverse conditions, BOGUCARETS is suitable for a wide range of agricultural productions. The optimal sowing density is 60–65 thousand plants per hectare, which contributes to the maximum use of the variety's potential and achieving high yield.
