AT 1219 is a new plastic sunflower hybrid adapted for cultivation in all regions of Ukraine. It belongs to the intensive type and has high resistance to herbicides containing tribenuron-methyl (SU), as well as to new races of the parasitic weed dodder A-G+. Thanks to these characteristics, the hybrid ensures reliable protection and stable yield under various conditions.
The AT 1219 hybrid is distinguished by high drought resistance and stability, allowing for good yield performance and high oil content. The yield potential is 58 centners per hectare, and the oil content reaches 55%. This makes this sunflower a profitable choice for producing high-quality oil products.
The plants of the hybrid reach a height of about 165 cm, and the flower head size is 20-22 cm. The hybrid also exhibits resistance to diseases such as white and gray mold, powdery mildew, fusarium, and fusarium wilt, further enhancing its reliability and quality of yield.
