Sunflower 460 E NS

Sunflower hybrid 460 E NS is a mid-season oilseed crop designed for linoleic oil production. The plant is characterized by medium height, large dark green leaves, and a yellow ray flower with an inclined head. This hybrid is distinguished by its resistance to various rust strains (A-G), enhancing its agronomic reliability.

The average seed yield of hybrid 460 E NS varies by growing region: 28.2 centners/hectare in the Central Black Earth region, 18.6 centners/hectare in the Lower Volga region, and 10.0 centners/hectare in the Urals. The seeds contain a high fat percentage of 46.3%, ensuring oil collection at a level of 5.7 centners/hectare. Thanks to these indicators, the hybrid is an effective choice for oilseed production.

Sunflower 460 E NS belongs to oilseed crops, whose seeds are primarily used for oil manufacturing. Unlike confectionery varieties with striped hulls, this hybrid has black-hulled seeds, typical of oilseed sunflowers. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation on various soil types and ensures stable yield and high product quality.
