Description PRIMORSKAYA SLASTENA
Stevia «Primorskaya Slastena» – a variety distinguished by its high stevioside content (approx. 13.6%) and vitamin C (≈ 67.5 mg/100 g). Thanks to this composition, the plant provides sweetness without raising blood sugar levels, making it an ideal sweetener for people with diabetes and those monitoring food caloric content.

The yield of green leaf mass reaches 3.79 tons/hectare, and dry leaves – 1.16 tons/hectare, which is higher than the indicators of most control varieties. High resistance to lodging and leaf shattering allows maintaining product quality throughout the growing season, which lasts approximately 70 days when grown from seedlings.

The variety is easily cultivated both in open ground and in greenhouses. It requires regular watering and good lighting, but does not need frequent care. Suitable for moderate and medium moisture levels at temperatures from +15 to +30 °C. With proper care, the plant demonstrates resistance to diseases and pests, however, it is recommended to periodically carry out preventive treatments with insecticides and fungicides.

«Primorskaya Slastena» is widely used in the food industry for the production of natural sweeteners and sugar substitutes. Thanks to its biological characteristics, the variety contributes to the development of functional foods aimed at consumer health and well-being.
