ES LIBERATOR

Soybean variety ES LIBERATOR is a high-yielding and early-maturing crop belonging to the very early maturity class (00). This variety was certified in 2020 and is distinguished by the ability to harvest without desiccation, which is especially important for preserving seed quality. The vegetation period is approximately 105–110 days, and the heat units (CHU) amount to 2550, making it suitable for cultivation in northern regions, including northern parts of Hungary. Recommended sowing dates are from April 15 to May 15, with an optimal density of 550-600 thousand seeds per hectare and row spacing from 12 to 45 cm.

ES LIBERATOR is characterized by high resistance to diseases such as sclerotinia, bacterial blight, and viral infections, as well as to pod cracking, ensuring crop preservation and stable production. The variety has a very strong stem and excellent lodging resistance, which promotes even maturation and facilitates harvest. Seed shape is round-oval, seed coat color is yellow, and hilum color is dark brown. Thousand seed weight is approximately 195 grams, and the height of the lower pod attachment is 9.4 cm.

One of the key advantages of this variety is its high protein and oil content in the seeds. Protein content ranges from 39% to 43%, and oil content ranges from 20% to 22%, making ES LIBERATOR attractive for producing high-quality soybean protein and oil. The variety is also insensitive to herbicides containing metribuzin and pendimethalin, which simplifies weed control.
