Soybean variety Diadem Podillya is an early-maturing variety developed in Ukraine at the Institute of Feed and Agriculture of Podillya, National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. This variety is characterized by high yield, ranging from 2.9 to 3.4 tons per hectare, or 18.0–21.8 centners per hectare, as well as high protein content in seeds — from 38.7 to 41.1%, and oil content from 18.8 to 21.9%. Plants have a determinate growth habit, height from 65.1 to 75.9 cm, and a vegetative period of 105 to 115 days. Seeds are characterized by elongated shape, yellow seed coat, and light-brown hilum. Diadem Podillya is adapted to diverse soil-climate conditions and is recommended for cultivation in the Polissia and Steppe regions. It is resistant to major diseases and stress factors, as well as lodging resistance, which contributes to stable and high yield. Due to its medium-oil quality, this variety is suitable for grain use. Diadem Podillya was registered in 2015 and is a reliable choice for farmers aiming to obtain high-quality, high-yielding soybean crops. Its characteristics make it a versatile and efficient variety for various growing conditions, ensuring high nutritional value and economic benefit.
