Neon

Mid-early, high-yielding variety of root celery. Forms smooth, round-shaped roots with white, tender flesh without cavities. Does not contain anthocyanins, retains whiteness after cooking, drying, and freezing. Leaves are small, roots are thin and grow only at the lower part of the root. The variety is disease-resistant and has high flavor quality. Recommended for fresh consumption, processing, and long-term storage.
