The 'Royal Banquet' lettuce is an early-maturing romaine lettuce variety intended for open-ground cultivation. Within 50 days from germination, it forms a large rosette resembling a loose head weighing up to 200 grams, with a rosette height of 25-28 cm and a diameter of about 20 cm. The lettuce leaves feature a beautiful coloration and excellent taste, making them an excellent choice for fresh consumption and culinary processing.

This lettuce variety prefers fertile, well-drained, and neutral pH soils. The plants are cold-hardy, light-loving, and moderately moisture-loving; however, lack of soil moisture can lead to bolting. For successful cultivation, early spring sowing or sowing in July is recommended, as well as seedling cultivation methods. The variety's yield reaches 4.5 kg per square meter, indicating its high productivity.
