Russian Beauty rose is a tea-hybrid variety bred in 1955. The bushes are spreading and vigorous, reaching a height of 60 to 100 cm and a width of about 50 cm. The leaves are dark green, glossy, and of medium size, giving the plant a decorative appearance. Flowering stems are sturdy, measuring 50 to 70 cm in length, making the variety convenient for cutting and use in bouquets.
The flowers of Russian Beauty are large, with a diameter of 8 to 12 cm, densely double-flowered, consisting of 40-45 petals. The coloration ranges from brilliant pink with a lemon-yellow base to deep crimson, with a round shape and a loose center. Blooming is abundant and prolonged, starting in spring and continuing until the frost. Flowers are solitary, positioned openly, with a strong aroma, making the variety attractive for decorative cultivation and cutting.
The rose is characterized by good resistance to diseases, including powdery mildew, and medium resistance to black spot and rain. The winter hardiness of the variety allows it to withstand temperatures down to -23°C, although covering is recommended in some regions with more severe winters. The variety is suitable for growing in open ground, tolerates heat and drought at a medium level, making it universal for various climatic conditions.
