Zucchini SILANTIY

Silantiy zucchini is a mid-season variety of universal use with a maturation period of 60-65 days. Plants are semi-vining, reaching a height of 70-95 cm. Fruits are disc-shaped, white in color with pronounced grooves between segments, featuring firm, crunchy, and juicy flesh with a slight sweetness. The variety's yield reaches up to 5.5 kg per square meter. Thanks to its cold hardiness and rapid maturation, the variety is suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions.

In cuisine, Silantiy zucchini is valued for its excellent taste qualities. Young fruits with tender flesh and undeveloped seeds are widely used for canning, and are also ideal for stuffing, stewing, and frying. Such a universal approach to application makes this variety popular among gardeners and home cooking enthusiasts.

The variety is distinguished by high resistance to unfavorable conditions and diseases, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest. Plants form strong fruits that withstand harvesting and transportation well, retaining their taste and market qualities. Thanks to these characteristics, Silantiy zucchini is an excellent choice for cultivation both in open ground and under film coverings.
