Rapeseed Prometei

PROMETHEUS is a type 00 spring rape (Brassica napus var. napus) variety, characterized by the absence of erucic acid and low glucosinolate content. It belongs to medium-maturing crops with a vegetative period of 96 to 105 days and early flowering time. The plants have medium height and side branch length, ensuring good resistance to lodging (4.6-5.0 points) and shattering (4.0-4.7 points). The mass of 1000 seeds varies from 3.6 to 4.7 grams, while the fat content in seeds reaches 44.4%, which meets quality standards.

The PROMETHEUS variety is recommended for cultivation in various regions of Russia, including the Central Black Earth, Middle Volga, Ural, and West Siberian regions. It is particularly effective in the Lipetsk, Oryol, Penza, Novosibirsk, Tomsk, and Tyumen regions, as well as in the Altai Krai. The yield of the variety in these regions averages from 16.1 to 20.9 centners per hectare, which is at or above standard indicators, with a maximum recorded value of 44.6 c/ha in the Tomsk region.

PROMETHEUS is an economically viable crop, confirmed by active sowing and positive reviews from agronomists. The variety is well adapted to various climatic conditions and growing technologies, making it an attractive choice for farmers seeking stable and high rape yields.
