Conrad CL is a winter rape type 00 (beardless), with high resistance to pod cracking and adapted for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including the Polesie and forest-steppe regions. It belongs to the mid-early maturity group, with flowering and spring growth periods at an average level. Thanks to the Clearfield® production system, this variety provides effective herbicide protection, aiding in weed control and reducing the risk of lodging in subsequent crops.
The variety is characterized by high productivity and stable yields, reaching a potential of up to 70 ц/ha. It features high oil content (oil content around 9%) and high 1000-seed weight, positively affecting the yield of plant oil. Conrad CL has high resistance to lodging, as well as genetic resistance to pod cracking, minimizing yield losses and improving seed quality.
Moreover, the variety demonstrates high winter hardiness and drought tolerance, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in various agroclimatic zones. Disease tolerance, such as for white mold and phomopsis, is rated at level 8, and for molds — at level 7, further enhancing crop resilience and reducing the risk of yield losses. The recommended seeding rate is 500,000 seeds per hectare, ensuring optimal plant development and maximum productivity.
