Diplotaxis tenuifolia, also known as Diplotaxis tenuifolia, is a perennial plant with thin, deeply dissected leaves that possess a distinct aroma and sharp flavor. The dark green leaves have a smooth surface, imparting a bright color and rich taste to dishes.
In cooking, Diplotaxis tenuifolia is widely used as a side dish for meat and fish, as well as in salads and sandwiches. Thanks to its spiciness, it pairs perfectly with various ingredients, adding freshness and zest.
The variety is highly resistant to unfavorable conditions: it maintains stable growth even under freezing and overheating, and exhibits good protection against powdery mildew. It is easy to germinate and quickly gains strength in early cultivation stages, making it ideal for year-round production both on hydroponic systems and in soil. Production is carried out in the Czech Republic.
