SOUTHERN EVENING

The period from germination to the beginning of ripening is about 107-112 days. The plant is indeterminate, tall, reaching up to 2 meters in height, with long dark-green leaves resembling potatoes. For optimal growth, it is recommended to form the plant into 2-3 stems with mandatory pinching and staking.

The fruits of this tomato have a round or flattened-round shape, may be flat, with dense medium density and medium ribbed structure. Their weight reaches approximately 300 grams, and the number of chambers in the fruits exceeds six. The color of unripe fruits is light green, while ripe fruits are brown with black-purple hues, giving them an attractive and unusual appearance. The taste of the fruits is rich, spicy, and very delicious, making this variety especially valuable for fresh consumption and salad preparation.

The variety is characterized by high yield, particularly in greenhouse conditions, where it reaches 9-10 kg per square meter. "Southern Evening" tomatoes are tolerant to major diseases, which simplifies plant care and increases yield stability.
