Obtained by crossing the varieties Skoroplodnaya x Kitayanka. Originator — VNIISP (All-Russian Research Institute of Fruit Crop Selection). Authors: A.F. Kolesnikova, E.N. Dzhigadlo, Y.I. Khabarov, A.V. Zavyalova. The variety is under state variety testing since 1997.
Tree medium-sized, up to 2.5 m. Crown spherical, medium density. Shoots straight, brownish, strong bark coloration, long internodes, no hairs. Stipules located at the surface level, medium size. Buds egg-shaped, very small, apex rounded. Buds pressed against the shoots. Leaf elongated-oval, light green. Leaf apex sharply pointed, base narrow-angled, serrated margin. Leaf blade surface smooth, matte, concave, curved downward. Stipules 3-5, small, round, located on the petiole. Petiole medium — 22 mm, pigmented. Number of flowers in inflorescence 5. Corolla diameter 13.7 mm. Petals white, touching. Stigma position relative to stamens higher. Stigma length 7.4 mm, stamen length 4.7 mm. Calyx bell-shaped, no serration on calyx lobes.
Fruits weighing 24-34 g, round shape, height 35 mm, diameter in two planes 35 mm. Fruit depression wide, narrow, small, apex rounded, base with indentation. Fruit color red, peel red, no lenticels. Flesh yellow, tender, juicy, melting, juice colorless. Fruit stalk length and thickness medium, separates easily from the branch. Stone oval-elliptical, weighing 0.8 g, which is 3.7% of fruit weight. Easily separates from flesh. Fruit appearance rated 4.4 points. Fresh fruit taste rating 4.2 points. Good fruit detachment from stalk. Fruits resistant to cracking. Table variety. Fruits contain dry matter — 13.2%, sugars — 7.6%, acids — 2.1%.
Flowering in early stages (May 11-18). Fruit ripening in early stages (mid-August). Enters fruiting at 5 years. Bears fruit on cluster branches. Partially self-fertile. Relatively resistant to Clasterosporium. Average yield 135.2 centners per hectare, exceptionally high in some years — 204.8 centners per hectare. High winter hardiness, medium flower bud cold resistance.
Advantages: high winter hardiness, yield.
Disadvantages: fruit drop during ripening.
