GARDEN RING

Pepper Garden Ring — a medium-early variety intended for cultivation in open ground. The period from germination to technical ripeness is 110–115 days, and to biological ripeness — 125–130 days, which characterizes it as a variety with a shortened ripening period. The plant is bush-type, reaching a height of 45 to 65 cm, distinguished by bunch fruiting and uniform fruit ripening, with no special pruning required. Planting density is 6–7 plants per square meter, with a recommended spacing of 70x15 cm. The variety is resistant to verticillium wilt, enhancing its reliability in cultivation.

The fruits of Pepper Garden Ring have a flat-round shape with distinct lobes, a glossy surface, and 3–4 locules. Fruit weight ranges from 130 to 180 grams, with wall thickness reaching 8 mm. At technical ripeness, the fruits are green, and at biological ripeness — dark red. They contain predominantly monosaccharides — glucose and fructose, making them especially valuable for dietary nutrition. The vitamin C content in fruits at biological ripeness reaches 230.7 mg%, indicating high nutritional value.
