Onion ALBERT

The Albert onion is a mid-early shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) intended for cultivation in a two-year culture from seed onions. This variety is distinguished by a round, dense bulb weighing about 41 grams, covered with dark-brown dry scales and white juicy layers inside. The average neck thickness ensures ease of harvesting and storage.

ALBERT has a semi-sharp taste, making it versatile for various culinary purposes. About 11 bulbs are formed in one bulbil, which contributes to high yield. The maturity of the onion before harvesting reaches 100%, ensuring a quality and mature harvest.

The variety is recommended for cultivation in personal subsidiary holdings and is suitable for all regions of Russia. The yield of the garlic onion is approximately 1.7 kg per square meter, making it an attractive choice for gardeners and vegetable growers seeking a stable and quality harvest.
