Oxeye daisy LOVE-HATE

Garden classics reimagined by Kapris Farm

The 'Lyubit-NE-Lyubit' (Loves-Me-Loves-Me-Not) Leucanthemum is a selection product from the Russian 'Kapris' farm, bringing back the aesthetic of traditional garden daisies while offering improved resilience. Breeder Vyacheslav Vasilyevich Shepelev focused on stability and clean lines, making this variety a landscape design favorite.

Agrotechnics and visual features

The variety has a growing season of 90 to 110 days. This allows the plant to develop a strong root system and ensure abundant flowering by mid-season. Visually, the Leucanthemum features impeccable white petals surrounding a vibrant yellow "sunny" center—a color combination that has become a benchmark for floral bed aesthetics.

Strengths and considerations

• Strengths: High ornamental value and low maintenance. The 'Lyubit-NE-Lyubit' variety maintains a robust bush shape and resists collapsing during heavy rains, a common issue with wild Leucanthemum forms.
• Considerations: Requires careful watering during the first year after planting. Like most varieties of this species, it is sensitive to waterlogging, so well-drained soil is recommended.

This variety is ideal for gardeners looking for reliable material to create borders or mass plantings in a "nature garden" style. Unlike some imported hybrids, it is adapted to regional climatic conditions, ensuring a predictable result with minimal care.
