TOAST 4 is a product made from flax seeds, possessing high nutritional and therapeutic properties. Flax seeds contain a significant amount of fatty oil (30-48%), including glycerides of linolenic, linoleic, oleic, palmitic, and stearic acids, as well as proteins, carbohydrates, mucilage, vitamins, and minerals. Thanks to this composition, the product is a natural source of energy and health, providing the body with necessary nutrients and approximately 498 kcal per 100 g.
In medical practice, flax seeds and flax oil are used as an anti-inflammatory agent for gastrointestinal tract diseases, such as gastritis and enterocolitis, and also aid in the elimination of radionuclides from the body. Flax oil is used in dietary nutrition for disorders of lipid metabolism, atherosclerosis, ischemic heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, liver cirrhosis, and hepatitis. In addition, linetol, produced from flax oil, is used to treat atherosclerosis and skin injuries caused by radiation therapy, chemical and thermal burns.
TOAST 4 also contains a wide spectrum of vitamins of groups B, A, C, E, K, PP, H and biologically active substances, including iron, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, magnesium, calcium, manganese, copper, and selenium.
