Yuzhanka

YUZANKA is a hybrid variety of hemp (Cannabis sativa L. ssp. sativa) of the first generation, intended for dual-purpose use. The plant is characterized by a medium maturation period, with a vegetative period to technical ripeness of about 91 days and full seed ripeness after 128 days. The stem is of medium length and green color, and the leaves are also green. The variety is distinguished by high yield: the average stem yield is 176.5 centners per hectare, with a fiber content of 26.9% and a long fiber output of 21.0%. The fiber breaking load reaches 32.0 kgf, indicating the strength of the material. Seed yield reaches 18.2 centners per hectare, with a fat content in seeds of 31.6% and a mass of 1000 seeds of 15.4 grams.

The YUZANKA variety is adapted for cultivation in various regions, including northern, central, Ural, and Siberian zones, indicating its universality and resistance to climatic conditions. According to the breeder's statement, the plant is not affected by diseases, which facilitates agrotechnical care and improves crop reliability. Due to its characteristics, the variety is widely used in agriculture to obtain both fiber and seeds, making it profitable for agrarians.

It is important to note that YUZANKA belongs to cultivated hemp varieties and has no relation to weed hemp (Cannabis ruderalis), which is a low-growing ruderal plant with low THC content and is used primarily as a natural repellent against pests. Unlike weed hemp, YUZANKA has high agronomic indicators and is intended for industrial cultivation.
